FAQ

What will a new roof system cost?
There are a number of factors that will affect the price of a new roof such as the materials selected, contractor providing the work, home or building, location, local labor rates and time of year. It is always good practice to get at lease three to four proposals from reputable contractors in your area.
Three different contractors submitted 3 significantly different priced quotes. How should I choose the best contractor?
Proposal that are written clearly with more detailed line items are more than likely because the contractor is being thorough. Compare the proposals and the amount of detail that is in each proposal. The cheapest solution isn’t always the best solution.
